I went in there with my two boys last weekend. We fell in love with the bishon frise puppy. Michael, one of the employees there let us play with the puppy two times that day. He was really nice and attentive. The boys absolutely loved it. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back.

Wonderful experience. Andrew was so knowledgeable and so caring throughout the entire process. He helped us find one of the best dogs we have ever have and he was so helpful and kind. He followed up several times and offered so much support throughout the process. He went above and beyond. We love our new puppy so much and couldn’t imagine life without him! Thank you Andrew!

I have walked by this place for awhile and I finally decided to buy a puppy at this location. The staff there were amazing. I had to make a hard decision on my new fur baby and Janessa ( please forgive my spelling) was knowledgeable and demonstrated patience, while I made my decision. The prices are a little high, but I felt confident on my decision.

Such an amazing experience from start to finish!!!! Andrew was so patient and kind with us! Very personable. I could tell he loves what he does! The puppies are SO lucky to have him! He even came in on his day off to help us finalize the paperwork and was even MORE patient with explaining how to best care for our new puppy/son, Nori. Nori is the best thing that’s happened to us and we’re SO excited to come back next year to get him a new friend! Thanks again ANDREW and all of Animal Kingdom staff!

We worked alongside Andrew the Assistant Manager and he was very helpful in making the right decision to bring a new puppy home. He has continued to check in and be apart of our journey with our dog. They really take the time to care and ensure there is nothing unclear. They have wonderful and honest relatable breeders connected to Animal Kingdom. I would highly recommend working with Andrew. He truly wants to make a lasting impression.

I come here every single time I come to the mall. The customer service is so awesome and they are always super helpful and patient. Super clean store and the puppies always seem happy and well cared for. They truly seem dedicated to finding the puppies forever homes.

We traveled from Texas to Tucson specifically to purchase a puppy from Animal Kingdom, and the experience exceeded all expectations thanks to Andrew, the assistant manager. From the very beginning, Andrew provided exceptional service, he was patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process stress-free for our family. What truly impressed us was his continued support even after the purchase. He has consistently checked in to make sure everything is going well and has promptly answered all of our questions. That level of care and follow-up is rare and truly appreciated. If you’re considering getting a pet, I highly recommend Animal Kingdom in Tucson and be sure to ask for Andrew he goes above and beyond for his customers!
